The CHG-MERIDIAN Group at a glance

The international CHG-MERIDIAN Group has been planning, implementing and financing customised technology infrastructures since 1979. Find out more about a growing company.

WHO WE ARE

The CHG-MERIDIAN Group helps its customers to manage and finance technology projects and processes. Nearly 1,200 employees across 28 countries are responsible for a technology portfolio worth €7.5 billion (2020) in the IT, industrial, and healthcare technology sectors. Our headquarters are in Weingarten, Germany.

From financing and procurement to use and remarketing, we have the technology management and financing expertise to offer end-to-end solutions that are digital and sustainable. We also operate independently of banks and manufacturers. Our customers include large corporations, SMEs, the public sector, and hospitals. Among other things, we develop customized management concepts and financing strategies for the digital workplace (IT), for intelligent fleet management (industrial equipment), and for the flexible financing of hospital infrastructure (healthcare technology).

We have been managing our customers’ technology investments for more than 40 years, and now cover the entire lifecycle from procurement and use to data erasure, refurbishing, and remarketing at our two technology centers in Germany and Norway. The core of our business model has always been based on the concept of the circular economy.

From 2021, CHG-MERIDIAN will be carbon-neutral. To achieve this, it avoids, reduces, or offsets all CO₂ emissions generated by its business activities.

HISTORY

HOW IT ALL STARTED

Not every success story starts in a Californian garage. Exciting tales of IT triumphs are also written in laundry rooms in southern Germany, where the CHG story began.
